Republican essay contest «THE GOLDEN MAN IS THE SYMBOL OF THE INDEPENDENT KAZAKHSTAN»

Dear friends!

 

The National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organizes a republican competition among school students of the best essay “The Golden Man is a symbol of independent Kazakhstan” (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) as part of the implementation of El Basy's article “The Seven Faces of the Great Steppe".

According to the Regulation, the Republican essay competition is held in three stages. The III final stage of the Competition will be held at the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan on December 11-12, 2019.

According to the results of the II regional (city - for cities of republican significance Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent) stage of the Competition, the organizing committee received applications from all 14 regions of the republic and three cities of republican significance (Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent).     Applications for participation in the final stage III of the Competition were accepted until November 1, 2019 at www.altynadamworld.com, in the Republican contest "Golden Man - a Symbol of Independent Kazakhstan".

Based on the results of the work of the Competition Commission for participation in the III final stage of the Competition, essays for 12 participants with the highest number of points were selected among school students in grades 6–7 and 8–9.

We express our gratitude to all participants and winners of the first and second rounds for participating in the Contest. We wish you great success and achievements!

We thank all the teachers of the Contest participants for their great contribution to the formation and education of the younger generation of respect for the history of their country; to the intellectual and creative development of pupils through the study of the spiritual and historical heritage of the Great Steppe.

 We thank the Regional (city - for the cities of republican significance Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent) educational departments for cooperation!

    National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 18, 2020 will open the exhibition "The Great Steppe: Time. Space. Culture" at the National museum of India. The exhibition runs from March 18 to April 19, 2020 as part of the international exhibition project "The Procession of the Golden Man in the world museums”.

    National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 1, 2019 opens the exhibition “The Great Steppe: History and Culture" in the Department of museums Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. The exhibition will be held during 1 – 31 of October, 2019 as part of the international project "The Procession of the Golden Man in the world's museums."

    The National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 12, 2019 opens the exhibition "The Great Steppe: history and culture" in the exhibition hall of the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations in Ankara, the capital of the Republic of Turkey. The exhibition will be held from September 12 to October 12, 2019 as part of the international project “The Procession of the Altyn Adam through the world museums”.

  • 11 July 2019

    The National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan opens the exhibition “The Great Steppe: history and culture” within the framework of the international project “The procession of the Golden Man through the world museums” at the National Archaeological Museum of the Republic of North Macedonia in Skopje. The exhibition will run until August 11, 2019.

    On April 11, 2019 with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Museum opens the exhibition “The Great Steppe: history and culture” at the State museum of Arts of Uzbekistan.

    On March 15, 2019, the National Museum of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, opens in the Manege exhibition hall of the State Museum-Preserve “Kazan Kremlin” a unique exhibition “The Great Steppe: history and culture” within implementation of the international project “The procession of the Golden Man through the world museums”.
